Project Management Expert
Sarah Link brings over 15 years of project management experience in the biopharmaceutical industry to her role at Matica Bio. Prior to joining the company, she served as Director of Project Management at Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies, where she specialized in gene therapy programs and successfully led projects involving multiple viral vectors, including AAV and HSV.
During her tenure, Sarah managed a portfolio of six distinct products for a strategic client, guiding each through GMP production at scales of up to 1,000 liters in both adherent and suspension systems. Before Fujifilm Diosynth, she spent three years at G-CON Manufacturing, where she designed modular cleanroom systems tailored for cell and gene therapy applications.
Sarah’s combined expertise in project execution, facility design, and advanced therapy manufacturing uniquely positions her to drive operational excellence and client success at Matica Bio.
