Commanding over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field, Jin is one of Matica Bio’s co-founders and now serves as a board member and adviser. He holds a B.S. in materials science engineering and economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.D. from the Perelman School of Medicine.
Before co-founding Matica Bio, Jin worked at McKinsey & Co., where he focused on the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries and novel drug launches globally. Jin also possesses extensive clinical experience as an otorhinolaryngologist and head and neck surgeon, joining McKinsey from his residency at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia and Cornell Universities. He was also an investment banking analyst at Goldman Sachs.
